Aphena is an artist, crafter & gamer. She loves to stream her art therapy in the hope that it inspires viewers to try a new hobby, something they have wanted to always try etc or see what art therapy can do for them mentally, emotionally and even physically through it being physical therapy as well if necessary. Everyone is welcome to come and share in their love of art, life and what ever else moves them.
