Takatyun

Japanese born in Japan but raised mostly in the states (WI, PA) Studied culinary arts in PA and Switzerland. Worked in 4/5 star luxury hotels in Switzerland & Jordan. Worked mostly in hotels and fine dining throughout my career. Recently started an apprenticeship with a Japanese Sword restorer/blacksmith. Goal is to create knives to sell and restore or maintain swords. I stream mostly gaming, cooking streams once a week, and the goal is to stream smithing as well.
